I hired Paolo to build out our Clio case management system starting in February 2026, with an anticipated March completion. Here we are in August, 6 months later, and we still do not have a functioning system.
The work was riddled with problems from the start. He built out custom fields that Clio's own migration tool automatically populates, meaning a significant portion of the work was completely unnecessary. Beyond that, the errors were careless and basic. Spelling mistakes, repeated redundancies, and a clear lack of understanding of how a law firm actually operates.
