brody was unbelievably fast, highly skilled, affordable, and very professional with our ac repair and heating service. A while back, I decided to upgrade to a more advanced thermostat, and brody came out that same evening to fix the wiring problems from my earlier setup and the previous install. He spent hours troubleshooting the system, got the thermostat working correctly, and restored the airflow and heat. He even returned the next day to make sure everything was still running right. Our technician, james, came to our home in San Fernando for heater maintenance on our hot water heating system. He was also set to install a smart thermostat and swap out the current programmable unit to replace an older round thermostat. The visit with company: Alexa Ac Repair & Install went very smoothly, and he did a great job from start to finish. He had to rework some wiring to complete the thermostat setup correctly and also replaced a valve on another line to help the heating system run better. Friendly, calm confidence. Our older AC and heating system stopped working during a hot week in San Fernando, and the indoor air became very uncomfortable. After good service for a couple of ac repair visits in the past, we called for help again. Technician james arrived right on time and was friendly and calm throughout the service call. james carefully checked the unit, tested how the system would run, and watched it cycle on and off.
