I love this place so much! Every instructor is amazing, and they are so welcoming…. Kayla and Bri are EXCEPTIONAL though. I don’t miss their classes at all haha Their technique, knowledge, and attention to details are very impressive. The studio is always clean. Congratulations for every staff and instructor!

I’ve been to multiple yoga studios throughout San Diego and I really enjoy YogaBox in OB! Everyone is friendly and the staff is great :) Alex R. does an amazing sculpt class too, I highly recommend!

If you love upbeat classes with fun instructors who push you to work you will loveee these sculpts. My favorite is the e core sculpt days. Always feeling that crazy burn the day after.
