Worst urgent care in the area in my opinion The staff picks and chooses when they want to allow people in or accept walk ins We tried to make an appointment for my mother online at 7:00 the website stated they were open and accepting walk ins till 8pm We arrived between 7:10-7:20 and the woman at the front desk Seneya informed us they weren't accepting walk ins Although they were open until 8 and the website states they are accepting walk ins she stated they were not because the wait may exceed the time the close There was No one in the waiting room not one person but for some Reason they weren't able to accept anyone This unfortunately was not the only time... read full review

Clinic allowed scheduling and then canceled on the day of the appointment - just a few hours before the scheduled time. The reason? Their attending doctor is active duty military and they won't accept Tricare patients if he is in the office. They claim it is due to a "conflict of interest." This happened TWO DAYS IN A ROW. If they know of the conflict - why schedule and then cancel? Drove to another location the second time (at the recommendation of the office staff). Was treated as a walk-in and had to repeat the entire enrollment paperwork process. "We don't transfer between clinics" So much for "urgent care".

I had an appointment this morning, but this experience was one of many identical experiences that I've had in the last 5-6 years of coming here. I've never had anything resembling a bad experience. 1. Scheduling on the app is SO easy and quick. I work up and made an appointment this morning, and got in by 11 today, with an appointment. 2. Check in was a breeze. And the wait was shorter than at my primary care physician's office. 3. The entire process is fantastic! From check in, to the nurses and the doctors, they have such a calm and kind demeanor, are organized and incredibly efficient.
