I just got out of my first (of soon to be many) massage with Natalie. She took the time to ask my goals of my experience, a bit of my physical and emotional history, and any spots I wanted to focus on. She was so kind and caring and clearly loves what she does and finds joy in helping her clients achieve wellness. The past couple of years have been hard on all of us (plus I'm a healthcare worker in a hospital through the pandemic) and I had a lot of pent up stress, tension, and emotional pain. She was totally in tune with it and helped me feel comfortable throughout. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Lauren has ruined all other massages for me. Great mix of hitting key pressure points to work out knots and relaxation. Seriously she finds knots I didn't even know I had and works fascia like no other massage I've had. Can't recommend her enough!
