These girls!! Strong women! Amazing at what they do! My laundry always comes out perfectly folded and smells so nice. I also cannot believe they found my retainer! They set it nicely in between my clothes, and I was so relieved-yikes, those things are expensive.

This place is unbelievably frustrating… sometimes it’s it’s extremely crowded which is to be expected but they share a parking lot with a few restaurants and there are door dash drivers who take up most of the parking spots all day while waiting for orders. Most the washers are fine and I never have issues, but the dryers are ridiculous. I tried 3 different dryers with both Apple Pay and my physical card AND another card and they all said declined. How am I supposed to dry my clothes? I have money, the cards and Apple Pay work for the washers but the dryers have some sort of issues and it’s absolutely infuriating. My honest review for this time I used the service was very intense and rude. We felt pressure from San the Supervisor and he didn’t go over pricing with before scheduling pick ?. Also while we was talking he was rude over talking me and claiming the invoice system was down yet he didn’t say that over the phone. I told him my order was big should we break it down for him his reply was no problem just call me you’re ready for pick up. Today he called with this outstanding bill acting like he was confused and all over the place than he got smart with me hollering about other customers and what they would say or do about pricing?
