I visited the LUVs Pacific Beach location and Yahaira’s customer service was impeccable. I didn’t know there was a veteran special and she got me into the best wash package for cheaper than I was already paying for the second best wash. I’m very appreciative that she helped me with that because everyone likes to save money where they can. I frequent this location often and the whole team is outstanding!

Love LUV!! Esteban and his crew go above and beyond! I had just driven cross country through a winter storm and had a bunch of salt on my car and they help me pick the appropriate car wash level. That wasn’t an upsell. Just genuinely what was going to get the salt off. And then Esteban came out and hand washed my molded car mats because they wouldn’t fit through the machine and offered to help me wipe the rest of the salt off the front of my car! Totally unnecessary and what a nice thing to offer! Customer for life.
