I usually love Vons but after this experience I'm left to shop elsewhere. This review ls for the cashier with pink/ red dyed hair in the front who thought it was appropriate to step out of the middle of my transaction and head over to the Pokemon vending machine and then proceed to purchase 3 items meanwhile me and a few others who were in line, are in complete disbelief that this is going on in front of our eyes. Also on FaceTime as if she was so proud in the moment, if you'd like to review the cameras 10/31 @11:10 am Complete lack of customer service and I hope Vons management takes the appropriate actions to correct this cashiers negligence towards its customers... read full review

I was surprised to see a sub 4.0 rating for this store. I shop here every day. The place is clean and well stocked with all expected items to be found at grocery stores. All staff are friendly and helpful. There is a ton of free parking very close to the store. The prices are in line with similar stores. I see nothing wrong with this store. I've never had a bad experience here and will continue to shop here.

I've been coming to this Vons for almost half a decade and have had no bad experiences with the store or employee. Yesterday I came into the store to get some premade salads for work. Today while eating one of them, I found a dead fly inside the premade salads. Absolutely disgusting and hope Vons does something to make it right
