I don't want to leave this location with a bad rating because I frequent this location and staff is always super nice. I did want to make you aware that whomever is watering plants in the floral department is killing them. I bought 3 of your random 4 inch pot plants for $6.99 each yesterday. I immediately repotted them because they were drowning in water. You could feel it in the wrapping. I am not sure if 2/3 plants are going to survive repotting because I lost over half their root systems to root rot. The roots were mush. I've purchased plants like this at other locations and they weren't in such terrible shape.

UPDATE... Still the better Vons of the Vons. But did you know they provide Western Union services?! What's Western Union? Good question I didn't know myself until I had to use it to transfer an amount of money to family abroad. It's a fast money transfer service. I thought you have to go to a Western Union but when I searched google they show several Vons offering the service. I went to customer service, gave them an amount of cash, provided the account number given to me, location where it's going, what currency they will receive as, and then sign two things, given a tracking number, and that was that. Sofia and Sabrina in the bakery helped me out this morning. They were both so sweet, and worked together to take care of me - right then, right there. I can't thank them enough for their help and time! They obviously have a lot on their plates today with Thanksgiving tomorrow, but they wanted to help me since I did not have any other shopping that I needed to get done. Well done, ladies! I hope you're proud of yourselves - you're the type of employee I would love to have... Have a wonderful Thanksgiving! ~ Anne
