She took the time to understand my specific needs and concerns, ensuring that the massage was tailored to address my individual requirements. Their expertise was evident as they skillfully applied the perfect amount of pressure and focused on the areas of tension in my body, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.Thank you!

This was by far the best massage and spa experience I have ever had! My husband and I did the Urban Love package with a few add ons. When we arrived, we were offered beverages and cute chocolates. We filled out a short form so that the massage therapists would know which problem spots to work on the most. Whitney was one of the most wonderful, attentive, professional, informative, and kind people I have ever met. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I 10000% recommend Urban Calm. It's worth the price, I promise.

I've been here twice for long full body massages and I have only great things to say about them! Really fantastic and knowledgeable team, friendly and down to earth. Pressure is perfect. I could tell they knew what they were doing as they worked on my muscles and answered all questions. Both times I've come out shining and light, my back and neck freed from work and computer stress. I even got to try their new sauna today for an hour of extra detox. So so good!
