Some of the staff there are really nice and helpful but we were there today and Laura was grumpy & low key rude. I wouldn’t want to come back there if she’s there.
Love this Ulta. Never have had a bad experience there and go often. Love Passion who helped my daughter and I try and find new products. We love the new suggestions! Thank you so much!
Eh! My hometown Ulta may be one of the best locations in the country, so I am biased. The employees are very personable, do not try to upsell you, and IMMediately jump on you to ask how they can help. I had no background in makeup (TRULY, at all), and the employee walked me through concealer, color corrector, shade matched me, picked out budget-conscious travel minis for me to try.
THIS Ulta was probably busy on the morning that I dropped by (Friday morning on a hot March day). So, the employees were busy with cutting/dying peoples' hair, and did not attend to any individual shoppers (that I saw). The store is beautiful and modern, though! And good options for parking.
