Brian at the Benefit Brow Bar inside Ulta in Mission Valley is amazing! He does such a beautiful job with my eyebrows. He really knows how to shape and arch them perfectly while cleaning them up and keeping them looking natural. I am always so happy with the results. So, I have curly hair, about 3B. I RARELY go to salons, most of the time i care for my own hair better than they do. I had been thinking about getting tinsel in my hair for the fun of it and I had some time to kill, so i stopped in. They were very friendly and accommodating and had a slot open for me to get a deep cleanse and curl define treatment and tinsel. Angelica was an absolute angel.
