From the moment I walked in, their friendliness made me feel welcome. They took the time to listen to my needs and offered helpful recommendations without any pressure. Their knowledge about the products was impressive, and they were genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the right items. It’s refreshing to encounter such a dedicated and friendly team. Typical Ulta. Staff polite and helpful. Stock is sometimes low. Store is kept well organized. Makeup section carries most popular brands. Was disappointed to see advertised gifts with purchase usually not available. Signage on store window still advertising the gift with purchase. Not good.
