I hardly ever post reviews, but people with good energy deserve public recognition sometimes. I came in yesterday around noon (June 3rd) to grab my pickup order and had my two boys with me. The girl at the counter came up so quickly to help, and I wish I would’ve gotten her name. She’s a pretty brunette, young, fun — you know who you are 🫶🏼 I just wanted to say THANK YOU for not only acknowledging my boys but talking to them like they are actual human beings. My boys love talking to people when they’re with me, and I love when people actually give them a chance to have a little conversation. I’m really grateful for Julie at this store who helped me and made my experience better, I’ve got a little injury which made it hard for me to get around the store but she looked after my items and she even managed to help me with the door. I was surprised to read the other reviews as this was not my experience today, I think maybe they have made some changes with previous customer feedback, so always give a review whether positive or positively constructive. Yesterday I went in with complaints about my foundation and did a return, they went above and beyond after a mistake! I’m very appreciative.
After that Dana helped me and sent me home with an it cosmetic foundation and a few other items. She is amazing and knows her stuff, I’m very satisfied! Thanks again.
