I met with the NP who prescribed a new machine for me. Instead of actually giving me the Rx the office took it upon themselves to order the device from two separate providers, neither of which have been able to send it to me as two months later the office has yet to supply the required documentation. I wonder if the doctor is aware of this lack of care for his patients health.

I’d love to know what it takes to get a phone call with the doctor or a simple answer to a simple question. No one answers the phone and no one responds to the text app. When did this become acceptable?

I have tried for 4 days to get an appointment, calling daily. Their home study requires you to pick it up at their times and return before 10 AM. I explained that I work and that I need to return in the afternoon as I teach and would now be missing a second day of work (one for the pick up class, the other to turn in before 10AM as I live and work in Chula Vista) asking to return it in the afternoon. Absolutely no help with the issue. I am still getting the texts about my referral, despite only one appointmemnt and 6 months away. I am with UCSD, but I need to look elsewhere for this need (study is cardiology related). With so little availability, you would think something...read full review
