It's okay here for what it is - free health care. The people working here have no incentive to do a good job or care about you because they're on a government contract. Job security creates a bad environment for customer service. But I usually get what I need. Not with a smile and not in a timely manner - but I do get seen and I do get medicine FOR FREE - so there's that.

Haven't had any trouble getting the drugs I need to maintain my cholesterol and other issues; medical assistants and NPs are friendly; usually I don't actually see a Dr; the phlebotomist that works here can draw blood without you feeling anything

My review is only marked as good because of their office staff, lab and pharmacy. Been going there for 13 years. It used to be excellent until Dr. Smith transferred to another clinic. I like nurse practitioner Tiffany Leigh also. The new Dr. that was assigned to me as my PCD is not good at all. (I won't even mention her name.) She was inefficient, no follow through and even locked up my records so nobody else could access them while she went off on leave. Left me dangling for important ultrasound results for 3 weeks. I finally stood in their lobby and had to refuse to leave until another doctor could give me the results I needed. Had to literally pitch a fit to make...read full review
