Tibi Home Design recently built an ADU for us on our property near Lemon Grove, CA. I have no complaints regarding the work. So far, everything seems to have been built correctly. My problem is a lack of honesty and transparency in what I was being charged for. The first red flag went up when the job was completed. He said he guaranteed his work for 10 years. He recommended a certain electric tankless water heater. We questioned him if it would be sufficient for the cottage. He said yes. It was not. It did not heat the water properly for a shower. Words can't expect explain our complete displeasure with Tibi Home Design, Inc. Don't get fooled by the rolex watches or the white c class mercedes. We will need another company to repair the 225K job that wasn't done correctly. Very let down s from May 2020 till now.

Guliano Tibi will not return my calls, His company put a new cool roof on my house , did not use the correct underlayment. He also put in new insulation per the hero loan and did not use spray foam, he simply put the same type of insolation back in the walls. He got us a hero loan and took all the funds and will not give us an accounting of where the money went. He also put in a solar system and did not follow through and it took my a year and a half to get the solar meter and it is still not set up correctly. We had to sell the house due to the stress from this contractor and my wife and I are getting divorced. We reported him to the contractors board but he had the... read full review
