Went here after I got my first sugar wax Brazilian and was slightly traumatized and scared. Sophie J was absolutely amazing and honestly the sweetest. She made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that it wouldn’t hurt as bad, she was correct. Wax was super quick and smooth and she’s great to talk to. I will be coming back!!!!
I've only had a Brazilian wax once many years ago and had a BAD experience. Decided to try one more time and choose The Pretty Kitty. My husband and I were walking by, so I figured I would drop in and ask some questions and set an appointment. They had time right then to get me in! So fortuitus. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me because she was amazing. She took her time, explained things, and managed my nervousness expertly. The office was clean and comfortable.
