LADIES!! 10/10 experience! I have been to sooo many nail salons where I hope to be able to receive the kind of precious service I just received. From the nails, the detail in the work, to their treatment. I felt welcomed after they really made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to go. The nails speak for themselves. I don’t know about you but sometimes going in with what you want is challenged in some way. They will help you to feel happy you went. *posting for my partner* I’ve come here about 5 times, and the first two times they did a pretty good job. They a little attitude but it was fine because the work was pretty good. But the last three times I’ve gone they’ve gotten worse and worse. There’s a collective attitude issue, and they can be pretty rough, but that’s not my biggest issue. It’s the fact that I paid at most 75 without a tip for acrylic nails, but then had me 60 for gel polish and made it basically obligatory to give tip. I am very satisfied with the customer service , my toe nails were terrible and Jenny made me feel comfortable, Kay was quick and efficient with my nails, I am satisfied and will be back !
