She’s incredibly skilled, professional, detail oriented, and always makes me feel completely comfortable and cared for. The entire experience is not only painless but actually enjoyable—her warm, welcoming energy turns something routine into something I look forward to. I've been going to Teresa for nine years. I've used so many of her services - waxing for legs, feet, underarms, arms, nose, and Brazilian. I'm always very happy with her services. She communicates well with me via text before and after appointments, and always follows up with me when I have questions or concerns. The space is cozy and welcoming and decorated in a minimalist, chic way. I've recommended her to many friends and will continue going to her as long as she's in business!

Teresa is simply the best. She is so knowledgeable in what she does, she is extremely professional, and is great company. Whether you are a first time client or returning client her presence and professional is amazing. People who have gotten waxed know it isn't the most comfortable experience but Teresa makes it as smooth and painless as possible. Another thing I love about Teresa is she doesn't make things awkward, you feel like you known her for years and just want to confess all your darkest secrets. She is one of the sweetest people you could ever know. I've been seeing Teresa for quiet sometime and not once has she ever canceled on me, started our appointment late, or has ever hurt me during a wax. Let's talk about her location, it's super easy to find and the building has TONS of parking. Her space is SUPER cute and feel very relaxing from the moment you step in. I would recommend this place to anyone

I have been going to Teresa for the last 7 years! The most consistent relationship I've ever had, and she is so worth it! Teresa is the kindest, sweetest human and does an AMAZING job! I would recommend her to anyone! She is always professional and so considerate. I'm lucky to have found someone I can trust. I know i'm going to be satisfied with my wax every time and leave happier because of her wonderful infectious energy!

Teresa is an amazing esthetician. She has great technique and is always engaged in conversation with me. I don't know how she's able to remember details from everyone's lives, but she does! Her policies are fair and honest. She runs a business, so of course she has to keep a tight schedule and follow through with her stated policies. However, for any responsible adult these rules are simple to follow and nothing out of the ordinary. She's the best!

I had THE best brazilian wax with Teresa She asked me questions about my skin and was very knowledgeable when answering my questions. The space is so cute and comfortable, which I appreciate since I'm always a little uncomfy at a Brazilian wax. The process went efficiently and my pain level was very manageable, way better than previous waxes! PLUS my skin didn't get as irritated as it has in the past which is a BIG win in my book Highly recommend Teresa, she's a gem!!

Teresa is the BEST. I've been waxing for years and have never been super regular. Once I found Teresa I knew she was my girl.She has a great technique and is so easy to talk to. I tend to be on the more sensitive side and she is always patient with me during the our waxes. Her booking system makes scheduling an appointment super easy and convenient. I'm a forever client. Thank you Teresa for always providing excellent service.

No integrity, unprofessional, and rude! I had a previous experience with Teresa which was great, today was shockingly the complete opposite. My appointment today was supposed to be for 11:30.I let her know before my appointment that I was going to be a few minutes late, which was only 7 minutes late when I texted her, and her policy is 10. (check screenshot #1). I was on my way when she texted me she couldn't after two minutes of being late. Her policy on the website says 10 minutes. She was fine with cancelling me immediately and calling me a no show before 11:40. I called her when I was in the lobby at 11:39 and she did not pick up (check screenshot #2). She then called back and told me it was too late even though I was in the lobby and told her I was there and was willing to pay a late fee still. She said it wasn't the best idea and that I've already been charged as a no show at 11:39! So clearly her grace period on her website did not exist anymore for some reason and she was fine with calling me a no show at 11:32!!! Shady shady shady. I sent her screenshots of our phone call and asked if I could get a refund and she said that calling from the parking lot was unacceptable and I needed to be in the suite by then. I was calling from the lobby and her suite is down the hall....I didn't want to knock on her door frantically while running late so that's why I called from the lobby. Teresa does not abide by her policies listed on her website, is unaccommodating, and money hungry.Instead of charging me 65% she decided to call it a no show and charged a full service fee. Her waxing technique is good but her values are terrible! She is so rude and took advantage of the situation so of course she is fine with the outcome. There are so many people in San Diego who can do an awesome Brazilian and can be honest in their work and she is definitely not one of them. If you are thinking about going to her, don't!
