    I was left hanging with a broken Fujitsu mini split system, (heat, cool, and dry), by a company that closed down. I found Tech Air on the Fujitsu website and am I glad I did. From the first contact by phone, to the technician that came out to look at the system, everything was excellent. Everyone spent time with me and answered all my questions and found out information if they didn't know the answer immediately. Everyone truly cared about the job they were responsible for and cared about helping me out. Will definitely use this company again. I dealt with Shea in the office. Sean was my technician that came to look at my system and FIXED my system in one visit!

    Tom at Tech Air is the man. Always reads us into the issues and makes sure we have a common and shared understand of the technical problems we face. Truly appreciate the level of detailed service he's able to provide. Shoutout to Jackie and Shea as well, always answer my calls and get us taken care of. Solid team effort all the way around.

    Had an awesome experience with tech air and heating. My condos thermostat was malfunctioning and due for a change- Sean my tech came and made quick work of swapping it out for a new one. He was on time, very efficient, and overall great- I really appreciate his efforts. Thanks again for the help, would highly recommend.
