When I broke my leg (fibula) on a mule trip in the Eastern Sierra, I was fortunate to get Dr. Lizzie Philbin to quickly heal the bone break and without pain. I was left with zero aftereffects. She is a true clinical expert in her field. Dr. Lizzie knows her stuff, and best of all she motivated me to do the necessary home exercises. I strongly recommend Dr. Lizzie and her whole friendly office.

I never thought that at my age I would be able to improve my knee function or get rid of my long-standing lower back pain and hip flexor tightness, but Lizzie at PT First Physical Therapy never gives up and does amazing soft tissue and joint release, plus loosening and strengthening exercises to resolve the issues. She spends the entire appointment with you, never passing you off to an aid or technician.
