Completely and entirely unprofessional... After using up my insurance benefits they picked up and hung up on me 16 times within 3 seconds of picking up... On the 17th time they finally answered so I said something like "thank f*cking god"... They immediately said they would no longer offer me care... The office manager then texted me later that day just to say that the staff didn't hear anyone... I offered to send call logs proving each time they hung up within 3 seconds they said they didn't care and they would not see me further... This office has no professional ethics or professionalism at all... I would stay far away! If they can't even take accountability for blowing off customers then stand by draining their insurance so they can't see anyone else then refusing service... So you really wanna risk it? I wouldn't! And yes that was me who (2 days later) sent 75,000 text messages over 2 hours... You charge me I'll charge you! Attached in comments are just some of the calls where the call duration is 0 seconds meaning they literally hung up less than a second after picking up... Should have asked for proof... And shown some accountability!
Amazing staff! Seriously the best dentist office ever! They are by far the best dentist, out of the many different dentist offices that I have encountered throughout my entire lifetime! I am SO grateful to them for all that they have done for me thus far...and that they are continuing to do for me, to help me take care of my dental issues! When I came to them, I had a lot of work that needed to be done, that I had procrastinated on for years! But thanks to them, I’ve been able to get a lot of what I needed done, taken care of, and have been coming in to their office every week, sometimes every other week, to get things taken care of... So I’ve been coming in for appointments quite frequently and regularly...which has been great! So that way I can just start checking things off the list, and finally take care of all of my issues! I’ve become very comfortable with the staff here at Tarabishi Dental.... They have gone above and beyond to help me resolve my issues....they really care about Each of their clients Wellbeing, and are genuinely excited for them and want to see them happy and healthy! They are very patient and don’t mind taking the time to explain things to you and will help you by recommending certain things / suggesting what treatment path would be best for you and even do what they can to help you save money whenever possible! They are friendly, gentle, compassionate, skilled, knowledgeable, caring, professional, experienced, and they go above and beyond to make sure that you get the absolute very best possible treatment ! I can’t say enough great things about this dental office!!!!.... I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.... I am incredibly grateful for everything that they have done to help me turn things around! I definitely would not have stuck with it and continued to come back each week if it weren’t for them!... but they have made it possible for me to get all the work done that I need to...and I can’t thank them enough! From the most amazing skilled talented Genuinely caring and kind doctor, to the Very helpful nice and knowledgeable assistants, to the Extremely caring Welcoming friendly and great team of the different receptionist that work at the front desk.... Tarabishi Dental is by far the BEST!!!
