At first when I signed up with this company I thought everything was going great. I was able to get in touch with someone and at first he sounded like he understood where I was coming from. Then to be straight rude to the fact that he told me if I do not want to continue with them I can sign up with someone else. Then 6 months go by another excuse about oh you know how these things go you're not in a class action lawsuit that's what I signed up for. Now to put the nail in the coffin. They expect me to sign more paperwork getting less money like. I'm desperate and to sign off on something I don't agree with. No one should ever sign up with this company warning they're not what they seem at all. All I know is I won't be signing any more paperwork and I'm not desperate for money. Learn how to speak to people & treat the people that you're supposedly being lawyers for because if I knew it wasn't a class action lawsuit I would have never signed up. And no one can represent me as a lawyer if this is how you speak to your clients without us you have no case you don't get paid.

Yeah I'm not sure what's going on I've been in this lawsuit with Bank of America since like 2019 or something.... I've been extremely patient nothing's happened I'm wondering if these guys are the real deal or not depending on my response will depend on the star rating seriously cuz this is crazy it's almost 6 years or maybe even a little over

It Started Great! For about 6 Months i had semi-okay communication and I was getting payments from cases they closed from my Facebook Claim but then more recently they have become rude and unresponsive and worst part is when I call or email them they all give me these long lectures about how me reaching out about my case is slowing them down from others and it got to the point where when I called to ask about my upcoming payment they said “I created an invoice which delayed the payment and it is now set for the 30th of May instead of today the 22nd. I personally feel that this was a deliberate delay on their part because I never created an invoice only sent a reminder and I checked with Bill.com sending a reminder does NOT delay nor extend payment dates. Therefore there is NO REASON why I wouldn’t be able to get it! I feel unheard and like I’m being played!

I'm part of a class action lawsuit which swigart has handled everything went smoothly was happy with the work they did until payment was made the amount they stated I would receive compared to what I received is hundreds of dollars difference when I reach out to them or the company they used to pay me all they stated is let me see what I can do or let me escalate the matter only to ignore you in hopes u don't bother them worst company they will settle your class action promise you one a amount only to rip you off by hundreds of dollars funny thing they will say anything to cover there mistakes no matter what you can prove or say I am on benefits and have no tax withholdings and I never check that I have tax withholdings and when I make a request for the proof and the paperwork I've signed they ghost me so point is don't use a company that has no respect for clients and will lie when it suits them
