Dr. Lee is simply the best! I always receive great care every time I go to her clinic for my annual exams. This time I also got fitted for contact lenses and it was a great experience! What stands out most is her attention to detail, comprehensive as well as very efficient examination and her genuine care for her patients!
The optometrists are very nice but the office seems disorganized at times. They were updating insurance registration, someone said they would call me back in two weeks and no one did. Although in network, the benefits aren’t showing up and the front desk staff seemed to expect the patient to understand what to do.
This has been the best experience I have ever had with an optometrist business. The people are all friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. The glasses I got are perfect and really help me.
