The optometrists are very nice but the office seems disorganized at times. They were updating insurance registration, someone said they would call me back in two weeks and no one did. Although in network, the benefits aren’t showing up and the front desk staff seemed to expect the patient to understand what to do.

This has been the best experience I have ever had with an optometrist business. The people are all friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. The glasses I got are perfect and really help me. But best of all,the people who are in the front office know what is going on and are very accommodating. Carol Hayden

A+++++What an amazing experience! I got a contact lens stuck behind my eye, had a very last minute walk in on a Friday, and from the amazing young woman who was the receptionist, and absolutely Dr. Lee....I simply don't have enough positive things to say! If I lived in this area, as I was here visiting only, it would be a snap of my fingers to make her my primary eye doctor. Thank you so much for the incredible care and attention and amazing attitude and personalities. So appreciative!
