It’s not just about the cut but the customer service. Today was my first time at this location, or a “Supercuts” if I’m being honest. Although I originally booked another stylist based on a Google review I read, she had already taken another client for my scheduled time slot when I arrived for my appointment. She didn’t even ask my name when I walked in, knowing she’d have to confirm my booking. Instead, I got a “hold on” as this woman sat down in her chair and began rambling off what she wanted. My mom and I went for hair cuts, she’s going in 95, and she was well taken care of and we LOVE the cut! I had a shampoo and four inches taken off and my girl was friendly and my hair feels alive again!

Short wait, stylist (Kathy) was in a terrific mood, remembered how I like my hair cut, though today I asked her to keep it a bit longer than usual. She nailed it, and I was on my way. Shop was clean, cool, and busy.
