I have been going to Supercuts a few years by now. My stylist is Lauren and I always look for her. Once I feel comfortable with a stylist, I like to keep the continuity or the relationship. I have never been disappointed: she is good, fast, quality and cares. Communication is of the essence and I find it easy to let her know my needs. Once there is clarity about that, then it makes it easier for the future times... but I always remind her of what "we" do because I expect she styles so many in the interim, that one may forget. Life is a two way street - and communication is always helpful.

Isabel was wonderful! She made sure to ask questions to get a full understanding of what I wanted for my cut and she was super helpful in suggesting products for the concerns that I had with my hair.
Not too shabby for a walk in on a Saturday right before the New Year. I called ahead and asked if A simple shampoo. Got there and didn’t wait too long. Lauren gave my purple hair a great shampoo, she was friendly and the other stylist on the floor also demonstrated awesome customer service.
