Our installation crew was extremely professional. Work was completed exactly as described. Crew was very polite and communicative. The worksite was impeccable clean and the installation looks perfect.
I recently had 2 home batteries installed and was extremely impressed with the professionalism, expertise and courtesy that Amber (on the sales side), Erin, Manny, Eddie and Jessie (for install) provided. Armando was great on the inspection side too. The whole team helped me work through installation in a limited footprint by listening to our needs and being open, patient and flexible. I'm still waiting for PTO (permission to export) but communication was way better throughout the process than the company who installed my solar a few years ago.
