Went in today to get a fade, and was very pleased with what I got. I moved to San Diego a few months ago to go to school and was concerned about finding a good barber. I decided to give this place a chance since it was close by, and I'm glad I did. No appointment needed, had a good barber who was efficient and professional, and all for $20. A great deal considering my go to barber back home would charge $25. Will come back for sure.

I have been coming to this place for years, and overall, my experience has been positive. Most of the employees are excellent, and their prices are very competitive. However, during my last visit, I encountered an issue regarding card fees. While I understand that many businesses are implementing card fees now, the employees did not inform me about this in advance. It was only after I asked them to add a tip and sign the receipt that I noticed the charge.
Upon calculating, I realized they applied a 5.55% fee, which is not posted anywhere in the establishment. As per California law (Senate Bill 478), businesses must clearly notify customers of such charges.... read full review

I have curly hair so finding anyone that can cut my hair well for any price is a challenge. I’m new to the San Diego area for college, so I just figured I’d pick a place at random. The lady that cut my hair was so kind and listened to every small thing that I told her, and the pricing was amazing. Cut was exactly what I wanted, and back in Los Angeles would easily cost double or triple what I payed.
