I called to have my carpets cleaned as the last company I used wanted too much for the deodorizing of the pets smell. I tried myself renting a unit from Home Depot but I never got the faint smell of dog urine out of a couple of small spots in a few rooms. Two men, Ceasar and Sebastian arrived when I was told they would. They were very considerate of my belongings and were very efficient. Both were professional and really cared if I was happy with each room as they finished them. I would highly,highly recommend Stanley Steamer. I wish I had called them sooner. Great job. The carpets look new again. The price was fair as well.
