We have had SSD for over 20 years. Always great service. When we got a new puppy I wanted a new keypad at my back door for nighttime exits. The first inspector said there was no way to add a wired keypad at that location. But Clint, the Customer Relations specialist , came out with Danny, a super technician, and they spent hours figuring out a way to drop a wire inside the wall from the alarm controller and through the attic to the new pad without damaging any walls. Danny crawled around framing in the corner of the hot attic to get it done. Great work and great service!

I have had many years of excellent service from SSD Alarm. I just had two very professional interactions to help on separate matters. After power outage, John helped to ensure the system signals were in good working order. He was polite and thorough. Then Daniel came to check on site for battery replacement and to ensure a door sensor was working properly after the door had been painted. I am so glad that SSD Alarm is my security provider. I highly recommend SSD Alarm.
