Ivana is amazing. Always incredible customer service. Great clean facility.The App however for the company is terrible. Make it simple. Definitely not user friendly. Way too complicated.
She can see how your hair can be made to naturally compliment your overall appearance. She then makes that vision happen. She does this every time, and she owns her efforts proudly. Thank you, Violeta, for caring!
A+ service and quality. The parking lot is really easy to get in and out of and I never have a problem finding a spot. I would absolutely recommend signing in ahead of time on the app. Otherwise the wait can be very long.
