Kimberly was so friendly and helpful. It’s hard to go anywhere in San Diego these days without either being vigilant and suspect or having someone look at you funny. It was great to just be treated with kindness and respect as I entered to buy a gift for my friend. Very thankful for the opportunity. Thank you. Also found a little something that I really wanted as well:-). And reasonable ta boot:-)

From the moment I arrived, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service provided by your staff. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made me feel valued as a guest. It is evident that you have invested in training your team to deliver an outstanding service experience. Not only did I have a successful business trip, but I also thoroughly enjoyed exploring the local attractions and taking some time to relax by the pool. Kinda hidden away on Shelter Island...Enjoyed our stay! Friendly staff, nice rooms and great walking areas all around the resort! Pools were great and area very clean! Staff was exceptional and the rooms with patio view of the bay was incredible! Definitely will stay there again!
