My wife and I celebrated our 15th anniversary with a couples massage at the Pendry Spa -- our first spa experience at a property we've stayed at and loved before. The staff is where this place shines. Every single person we interacted with was kind, genuine, and attentive in a way that felt personal rather than scripted.
The relaxation room set a great tone with complimentary tea and a lovely granola offering. Our therapists paid close attention to our needs throughout the 60 minutes, and the massage itself was exactly what an anniversary afternoon should be. To top it off, they surprised us with glasses of prosecco as we said our goodbyes.
I had an absolutely incredible experience at Spa Pendry thanks to Gin, Michelle, and Yolanda. I came down from the Bay Area and they were extremely accommodating with a last-minute modification to my appointment, and the 2-hour massage with CBD oil, aromatherapy, and a facial mask was beyond relaxing and worth every minute.
PS: Ask for Yolanda for technician work she is outstanding. GO TO PLACE WHEN I COME BACK OUT HERE!

I had a facial with Lie Lani and the experience was amazing. It was relaxing and productive - my skin looks great! She was great at listening to what I needed and providing exactly that. The spa area itself was also nice. Relaxation room, lockers, steam room and shower, with all the accessories you need.
