I had an amazing experience at Spa Kingston. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, relaxing, and well organized. The staff made me feel welcome right away, and every detail—from the ambiance to the small touches—helped create a truly special experience.
I especially want to highlight Ruby, who gave me my body massage. She was exceptional. Her technique was both relaxing and effective, releasing tension in my back, neck, and shoulders while still making the entire experience feel calming. She was attentive, professional, and clearly very skilled. I left feeling completely renewed.
Came to San Diego for a conference and decided to treat myself and my manager for a spa day before the conference started! This place is phenomenal! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by fantastic customer service, and the ambiance is amazing! Will definitely be back next time I’m in San Diego! I had the most incredible experience at this spa and had to share! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed by the front desk associate and immediately knew I was going to be well taken care of. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed and it instantly puts you at ease.
What really sets this place apart are the little details you didn’t even realize you needed but end up loving. While waiting, I was given a hot lavender towel and offered champagne. Such a relaxing way to start. Then came a luxurious foot bath with rose petals that felt like pure bliss.
