Ultimately professionalism and proficiency are the keys to any health care and I found a winner. The next morning I felt refreshed and invigorated after struggling the prior day. Reasonable to boot!
I came in for recovery after a long bike ride, and the session was incredible. She paid close attention to the sore spots, adjusted pressure with care, and the hot stones were a great touch. On top of that, she shared some exercises to help me sleep better, and I had the best night’s sleep I can remember. I’m looking forward to making this part of my regular training recovery.
