The PB Southwest Boulder and Stone group was so great to work with. Not only do they have a great selection, but also their customer service is top notch. Ricky took the time on multiple visits to help me find a flagstone that I really liked (and I am picky), and moreover when I finally made a decision, he even took extra time to help me select just the right pieces with the right colors! He made what was a daunting task fun for me. It was incredible customer service from the front desk (shout out Shawna) to the rock yard (is that what it is called?). When/if I need more landscaping materials, this is where I will go and I highly recommend this place.
Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient! I was blown away when I wandered in here as a wide-eyed overwhelmed homeowner. From the kind man who walked me all over the yard with a gallon jug to clean stones so I could see how they look without dust, to the office manager who expertly walked me through the various pricing options of different stone types, these employees really rock! (Pun wasn't intended, but I have to keep it now!)

Southwest has a good variety of landscape rock selections at decent prices. Some of them were more expensive than other companies, but majority of the options we were considering had better prices. Also, Shawna has been super helpful - she's very knowledgable in rock types and purposes. I went back a few times to find the right rock for our sidwalk landscaping project, and every time I contacted her - either in person, via email or on the phone - she has been very professional and helpful.
