Arizona Tile offers a great selection of tiles for remodels and new constructions, making it a helpful stop for anyone feeling overwhelmed. Customers appreciate the nice model setups and samples available, which assist in making informed choices. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help, providing comfort during the selection process. They allow customers to take home samples and offer quick order placements. Positive experiences include responsive service, with staff going the extra mile to assist with special requests. However, there is a note of caution regarding their return policy, which includes a 25% restocking fee that could be misleading. Overall, Arizona Tile is recommended for its variety and customer service.
I had an outstanding experience at Arizona Tile. The level of customer service was far beyond what I've experienced at the big-box home improvement stores.
The staff took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the different products, and help me make informed decisions for my shower remodel. I never felt rushed, and they were genuinely interested in making sure I selected the right materials rather than simply making a sale.
Their showroom was excellent, with full-size displays that made it much easier to visualize the finished project. Being able to see complete installations and compare products side by side was extremely helpful.
Just a note to thank Lori Pawlack for her patience and amazing design skills with our recent bathroom remodels…she helped us pull our design together with great backsplash recommendations for both our guest and primary bathrooms
