So cal has given me several different approaches and some have helped, some have done very little and some have actually caused me to lose ground. I have asked many times what the end state looks like but the socal team has been evasive. I have been at a point several times where i feel that I am very close but just can’t get over the top. And then I am told we need to get this under control before we can discuss next steps.“
