Smoothed has seriously changed my hair game for the best! I’ve had very coarse, stringy, dry frizzy hair that required soooo much product and styling just to get it at a good starting point. Now I barely use product and have the confidence to wear it down without lots of styling. Can’t say enough good things about them. They’re professional, fun, and really make you feel comfortable while in the salon. Definitely check them out.
I had such a wonderful experience at Smoothed Salon today! I originally booked my appointment after seeing Kaylie go viral on TikTok for her incredible work with women who have textured hair, and I was so excited to finally meet her in person. I’m happy to say she is exactly the same in real life as she is online, warm, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind.
From the moment I sat in her chair, Kaylie took the time to ask thoughtful questions and provided a thorough consultation. I immediately felt heard and confident that my hair was in good hands. She explained everything clearly, listened to my goals, and made sure I understood the process.

Walked into my neighborhood salon for the first time, everyone was very nice and welcoming. The owner was available to do a dry haircut. Fast, efficient and spectacular service. I truly hope they stay in business for many years to come. I will definitely be back.
