The office staff was super responsive to all my questions before even setting up the appointment. They called and gave me very clear and detailed answers. And they actually helped me better define what I was looking for. At the actual appointment with Dr. Yoo I was impressed by his friendly yet very forthcoming with what would be needed to get the results I needed. I loved that he didn't overpromise and how flexible they were on scheduling any procedures.
