This review is for John in the optical shop. I had a prescription request for a pair of very complex shaped sunglasses I had. He took the time with me. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. He was very honest and upfront about the time it could take to receive the deliverables. I finally got my sunglasses and they are stunning. My prescription will take a little bit of time to get used to as expected. I am thrilled that he went above and beyond to ensure that these sunglasses could be worked on. Thanks John! Also, the young lady who helped me when I picked them up was wonderful too!
This is my first time being here in this location. But from Occupational side. Since they only have one receptionist area who is handling this. The girl Natalie everytime she is working on this site and answering a phone call she is not very friendly. When you ask her some question she has a breathing sound that she doesn't want to be there. This is not just happened once but 3x. Being on t the phone with her I felt that she doesn't want to be there. She is very rude and the way she talk on the phone not very pleasant. She needs to be train how she respond and talk on the phone because with her having a (breathing sound) on the phone it shows that she doesn't want to take the call. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Sharp Health Plan Ricardo is amazing he was very helpful to get my bills reprocessed. He spoke to SRS and sent an email to the medical companies for me. I have called Sharp Health Plan multiple times prior to this and gotten the run around and the medical companies are trying to take me to collections which isn't correct because my bills need to be reprocessed.The physical therapy, occupational therapy here is amazing. Kat, Zack, Geraldine, Justin are awesome. They are very friendly and helpful. Sierra is great also and will go far. The front desk receptionists Georgina and Blanca are very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend coming here. I have been coming since October because of a shattered arm due to a RZR accident.
