Sharp Rees-Stealy Carmel Valley is a patient-friendly healthcare facility offering convenient access to primary care services. Patients appreciate the superb doctors and front desk staff who provide great customer service. The center allows for same-day or next-day appointments and also offers expert advice from specially trained nurses during the day and after hours. A recent update to their mobile app has improved patient experience, allowing both parents to access their children's medical records easily. The location is stress-free, with easy parking and access from the freeway. Staff members, like Jeff at the front desk, are known for their helpfulness, ensuring patients receive prompt assistance with any issues, including insurance concerns.
I just moved to Carmel Valley and today was my first time visiting this Sharp office. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The guy who greeted me was extra engaging and friendly right when I walked in. It really set the mood for a very pleasant experience. I was just going to the lab for some bloodwork but I definitely hope to make this office my permanent location for health services!
The doctors and front desk staff are superb.
Sharp also recently switched to a new browser and mobile app. I was skeptical at first, but the new app allows *both* parents to see every child's medical records, and the phone staff for pediatrics were empowered to help me set it up-- no separate line or call center for IT. It was the best experience for a patient IT issue that I have had in over 10 years. Good job Sharp!
I love seeing my doctor here. It is a stress-free location (easy parking, easy to find, big lobby, easy access from freeway, and great customer service). My doctor is very responsive to any concerns and questions I have.
