Shadow Era Beauty is a unique spa studio that offers a variety of services in a welcoming and relaxing environment. The business is located in North Park, in a convenient spot with easy parking. Upon entering, clients will notice the cute decor and may feel immediately at ease. The studio offers services such as skin care, facials, eyelash extensions, acne clinic services, energy healing, spiritual life coaching, and intuitive readings. They also carry a wide range of crystals, gems, and beauty products. One client had classic eyelash extensions done by Cassidy and was very pleased with the result. The lashes were beautiful, even, symmetrical, and the studio was able to accommodate a special request. Another client had a Brazilian sugaring, facial with dermaplaning, and eyebrow lamination done by Ashley. The client was very anxious beforehand but Ashley made the experience comfortable and the results were great. The sugaring products used were also praised for being amazing and gentle on the skin. The facial room is nicely decorated with dark-colored walls that create a relaxing atmosphere. However, some clients may appreciate if the studio offered beverages and ensured that the bathroom was always stocked with toilet paper. The estheticians at the studio are friendly, but some clients may find that the level of experience varies. One client noted that the esthetician's suggestions reflected their level of experience. Overall, Shadow Era Beauty is a great place to visit for various beauty and relaxation needs. Amazing!! Just got classic eyelash extensions from Cassidy and they're absolutely perfect. I've been to 5+ other lash places in SD and I'm so glad to finally find the right place. They were able to accommodate my special request (B curl), and my lashes turned out beautiful and even and symmetrical. Plus, I didn't find any spare lashes on my pillow the next morning. 11/10.
REQUEST ASHLEY!!!!!! This was my first time doing a Brazilian sugaring so I was very anxious. Ashley made me feel right and home and made the whole experience very comfortable with great results. I would HIGHLY recommend her if you are interested in a similar service. Not to mention the sugaring and products she uses are absolutely amazing and great for your skin. I also received a facial with dermaplaning (my face has never felt more smooth and healthy) and eyebrow lamination. Everything was amazing. I wish I could give more than 5 starts!!
When I first entered, I immediately noticed how cutely decorated this place is. The facial room I was in was also very nicely decorated and the walls were painted a dark color, which made me want to relax and sleep! The esthetician who did my facial was very nice and friendly. They also had a good amount of facial products for sale along with some other items. It's in a convenient location in North Park and there was parking right behind it, which made it easy and stress free to go there. They offer many different services making it a one-stop shop for beauty/relaxation needs. The only thing I think that could be improved was that they didn't offer any coffee, water, or tea and the bathroom didn't have toilet paper in it. Also, although the esthetician I went to was very nice, she was not as experienced as other estheticians that I have gone to and her suggestions reflected that.
