Senta Clinic is a great place for medical treatment. The doctors and staff are very good and kind, providing personal attention to each patient. The clinic has a good reputation among medical professionals, with one physical therapist praising the thorough examinations and assessments of Dr. Purcell and his team. Patients have also reported positive experiences, including effective treatment plans for conditions like vertebrae surgery and Meniere's Disease. The office experience is generally smooth, with minimal wait times, but some patients may find the use of walkie talkies slightly annoying, particularly when hearing is sensitive.
For me it is a great clinic, the doctors are very good people and the staff is very kind and very attentive personally. I do recommend it. I had vertebrae surgery and thank God, here we are, very good surgeon DR GHOSH VERY good doctor
Wish I had read reviews before my referral appointment today to ENT at SENTA. Not only did they call to have me come in 30 minutes early, but we check in and wait only to find that the provider Mansfield is even more behind. I waited an additional 30 minutes only to ask an assistant when I would be seen to be told there were two more people ahead of me. No one offered to call a nurse to see when I would actually be seen.
Had another appointment and canceled on the spot. Will never go here again. Even walking up to the checkin window which was not designated, the admin looked at me like she did not want to be bothered. Poorly managed environment that exudes no concern...read full review
I am a physical therapist that has worked with a number of patients from Dr. Purcell and his team. They are always very thorough with their examinations and assessments, which is a big help on my end in making a PT program. I appreciate their communication, expertise, and recommend them to anyone in need of a neurologist.
