5 Star service from caring compassionate professionals. My experience is too many people with unrealistic expectations that want everything done now. If you work in healthcare you know that there is a process to having referral’s approved not every illness requires MRI. It makes me laugh when I read all the negative reviews half of the time it has nothing to do with what the plan of care was more about how unhappy they are with anything. I love KP

Getting a response from Grievance Operations remains an ongoing problem. Despite complaining to multiple Department managers, Grievance Operations Case Managers still don't return phone calls (or have full voicemail boxes) or respond to registered letters sent via USPS. My last call was with Charlotte Lass in San Diego Member Services Management who said she would follow up on my concerns. Surprise...it's been crickets ever since I spoke with her and sent documentation of all my attempts at reaching them. I've heard of many other people who have experienced the exact same thing...no response from Grievance Operations. I think this is done deliberately so people get discouraged...read full review

This is a review of the MediCare Operations Grievance Dept., wi Which I was told was at this address. As a new patient, it took 6 different appointment dates, 4 phone conversations, 2 in-app letters to Members Services, 1 more call threatening to to file a grievance with MediCare (real one, not Kp's) 4 months 27 days to get an appointment with a Primary Care doctor! Doctor had his own agenda and I wish I never made an attempt to see a doctor at Kaiser! Without taking my blood pressure or listening to my heart, I was prescribed 2 heart medications! I'm COPD and was taking Advair 250mg. Kaiser doesn't carry Advair, but a generic I dont remember name of. Without listening...read full review
