I refuse to leave the parking lot of Kaiser Permanente Roseville Medical Center before I express my unwavering gratitude for one of the pharmacy technicians here (specifically Eureka pharmacy A). My son has a very specific type of congenital glaucoma that can very quickly lead to blindness if not maintained by medication. Ninu (apologies for any spelling inaccuracy) was empathetic, knowledgeable, and kind. She used her resources to ensure I would not leave without the medication my son needed. During such a cold time in this society she single handedly reassured my faith in our healthcare system and basic human decency. Thank you Ninu, for all of your hard work and compassion.
