My first work order was submitted January 27th. Ron came out 4 times, a great guy, then finally declared the heater not repairable. Once this was determined, several Sears reps visited us, a necessary process. On March 27th, 2 new heaters were installed in one day. Everyone from Sears were kind, thorough, clean and informative. I went upstairs ready to vacuum up a mess and there was nothing! Ralph and Anthony need a wonderful job installing the heaters. We are very pleased to finally have heat after a very cold winter.
Billy was very responsive, informative, upfront, honest, and friendly. Furnace by Carrier is a great product. Install was very well done and smooth. I was hesitant to go with Sears due to a conservative install time frame and us wanted heat asap. I told Billy my concerns and he was able to find out the product was in stock and that it could "most likely" be installed in 2 days. Sure enough, it was. Whole experience has made me consider Billy and replacing other products using his services.
Eight windows replaced. Windows are great. Installation was good. Only giving 4 stars because the installers moved furniture to install and did not put it back in place before they let.
