Amazing. Just fair, helpful, honest business. Almost felt too good to be true. Would recommend to anyone. I bought rug pieces that had to glued together. They did it for me plus cut one of the edges bc it was uneven. He took so much pride in his work. Then I came to pickup and the office closed right as I pulled in. We missed each other by a minute. The generously gave me a $10 discount for the inconvenience bc they closed 10 minutes early. I’m admired at just their good business practices. And my rug? Looks great. Exactly what I needed. Thank you for being wonderful.
We had 3 rugs that were badly stained by one of our dogs. SD Rug Cleaning came to pick them up and returned them a few weeks later. They look and smell amazing! Highly recommend.
I needed a wool rug cut down and the edges hand finished, and Mr. Noori Ali and his son did an incredible job. The color match was so good that I couldn't tell the difference between the edging on my original and the new rug. I thought the job would take a lot longer than it did as well. Job well done!
