They did it for me plus cut one of the edges bc it was uneven. He took so much pride in his work. Then I came to pickup and the office closed right as I pulled in. We missed each other by a minute. The generously gave me a $10 discount for the inconvenience bc they closed 10 minutes early. I’m admired at just their good business practices. And my rug? Looks great. Exactly what I needed. Thank you for being wonderful.

I needed a wool rug cut down and the edges hand finished, and Mr. Noori Ali and his son did an incredible job. The color match was so good that I couldn't tell the difference between the edging on my original and the new rug. I thought the job would take a lot longer than it did as well. Job well done!

Super nice, family owned business. We were going to throw our rugs away after our new cat decided to use them as her litter box. I read some reviews and decided to give a cleaning a shot. The rugs are now like new. Not only is the smell gone but the colors have brightened.

My dog pee'd on my 100% wool rug made in India so I had it cleaned by San Diego Rug Cleaning & Repair. Nuri the owner was very helpful, knowledgeable about rugs, materials, and origins and the construction of rugs. When I came in with my rug he inspected it, showed me what cleaning process he was going to use, and showed me the lining and glue that was used when my rug was constructed. Nuri gave me a quote and cleaned and dried the rug on schedule as promised. He honored the quote he gave me and he even helped me carry the rug to my car. Thank you Nuri for the great cleaning job on my rug. I will be back in a few years!

We had a gorgeous Persian rug that we had spelt water on many times from a plant, and did not clean it for over 20 years except to vacuum and it was filthy, filthy. We took it to San Diego Rug cleaning after we researched all the companies as we used to own a carpet cleaning company and sold rugs for many years in San Francisco. When we viewed his website SDrugcleaing.com and saw his video on how he cleans we knew he was a true professional. But we were amazed when we saw the rug. It was gorgeous, and frankly we were shocked at what he accomplished!!! And he states that he has the lowest prices in town and that is true also!
