Absolutely thrilled with the service from Joe at San Diego Refrigeration! He came out on short notice to repair our ice machine, which was a lifesaver. While he was here, I noticed our commercial fridge also needed attention. Joe jumped right in and had it fixed in no time. His professionalism and exceptional customer service truly stood out. Hired San Diego Refrigeration as authorized service provider for lab ice machine. Scheduled service and company sent qualified tech on day promised. Talked onsite safety expectations and proceeded to equipment location. Discussed actions already completed. Observed tech conduct logical approach to solving our issue. Very professional and correct problem solving with great attitude. Good drive and eager to get solution. Problem identified, returned to factory levels and remained to ensure accomplished results.
